Our Founder
Joe Fino — Owner & Founder
Joe Fino is the owner and founder of the business, which he established in 1995. His career in construction began at the age of 17, when he started operating heavy equipment, digging foundations and moving materials on job sites.
From the very beginning, Joe was committed to learning every aspect of the building process. In his spare time, he would remain on site, observing and gaining hands-on knowledge of each stage of construction—from framing through the finishing details. That dedication to learning, craftsmanship and hard work became the foundation of the business he built.
Today, the company proudly stands on more than 30 years of experience and a strong reputation built through dedication and quality workmanship. For the past 10 years, Joe has worked side by side with his son, Jonathan, passing down the knowledge, skills and values he has developed throughout his career.
Joe's commitment to the company and the next generation has helped create a lasting family legacy. Today, Jonathan leads the day-to-day business operations, carrying forward the same commitment to quality, integrity and craftsmanship that Joe established from the beginning.

Jonathan Fino
Chief Operating Officer
Jonathan Fino has been part of the construction industry since 2005, learning the trade from his father and gaining hands-on experience from an early age. Inspired by his father's dedication to quality craftsmanship and hard work, Jonathan followed in his footsteps and built his career around the family business.
Jonathan spent his first four years with the company, gaining valuable hands-on experience and developing a strong foundation in the trade. He then stepped away to broaden his experience and gain additional knowledge that would prepare him for a future leadership role. Jonathan returned to the family business with a fresh perspective and a wealth of experience, bringing with him new skills and insights that have helped shape his approach to the business today.
As Chief Operating Officer, Jonathan focuses on project management and overseeing each project from start to finish. He works closely with clients, subcontractors and the team to ensure projects are well coordinated, efficiently managed, and completed to the highest standards.
Jonathan remains hands-on in the field, with a particular focus on custom finish and trim work, kitchens, bathrooms, and tile installations. His combination of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and project management expertise helps ensure quality throughout every project.
Today, Jonathan brings the same values he learned from his father to his work while helping carry his father's legacy into the next generation. He remains committed to maintaining the company's standards of quality and craftsman.
